About the role#
This internship provides students with meaningful work experience in finance and accounting. You will work across areas including Business Unit Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Economics, and Financial Planning and Analysis. The program offers dedicated training, mentorship, and regular feedback to help you grow your skills. You may also be selected for the three-year Finance and Accounting Leadership Program upon completion.
What you'll do#
- Apply your financial and business knowledge to real projects.
- Build your professional network and interact with senior leadership.
- Develop technical skills using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Lead projects and deliver presentations.
- Participate in personal and professional development activities.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong financial acumen and data management skills.
- A commitment to teamwork and a strong work ethic.
- You must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
- An interest in working within an inclusive environment.

- This role is based on-site at the World Headquarters in Toledo, Ohio.
- The position is full-time and paid.
