About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience within the Global Partnerships Activation team. You will work on event planning, marketing initiatives, and business administration while supporting corporate sponsor requests. You will receive mentorship from team members and collaborate on various projects throughout the fall term.
What you'll do#
- Support the Global Partnerships Activation team with daily operations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of partnership activations and venue events.
- Track and monitor gifting and promotional item usage, including maintaining inventory counts.
- Help develop client relationships and assist in retaining existing accounts.
- Research new target categories and companies for sponsorship opportunities.
- Organize and archive game-day photos for reporting.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
- Comfort working in a client-facing environment.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in a live event environment.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Reliable transportation to work from both El Segundo and Downtown Los Angeles locations.
- Availability to work some weeknights and weekends as needed.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 18 hours per week.

- Term: Fall 2026.
- Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Part-time, paid internship.
