About the role#
The Sales & Marketing Strategy Intern joins the Latin America Consumer & Sales Distribution Marketing Team. You will support the deployment and optimization of travel trade channels that drive business for Walt Disney World Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Disneyland Resort. This is a full-time, six-month internship based in Celebration, FL, running from January 2027 through June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Lead project management for Disneytravelagents.com and ensure timely project roll-outs.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events, training sessions, and trade shows, including logistics and promotional materials.
- Interpret internal and external data to identify trends across the Latin America market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Collect data from marketing initiatives and prepare reports to evaluate campaign efficiency and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate creative assets and provide support to Spanish-speaking clients.
What you'll need#
- Bilingual proficiency in English and native Portuguese or Spanish, with strong verbal and written skills.
- Experience in project management, marketing communications, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be at least 18 years old and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Ability to handle confidential information.

- Modality: On-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 - June 2027).
- Compensation: $22.50 per hour.
- Requirements: Interns must provide their own transportation and housing in the Orlando area. Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization.
