    About the role#

    This internship offers hands-on legal experience within the Marvel Studios legal team. You will work directly with in-house attorneys on corporate, entertainment, and intellectual property matters. The role involves supporting the legal aspects of feature films, animation, and television shows from development through post-production.

    What you'll do#

    • Help prepare talent deals for feature films, streaming shows, and animated productions.
    • Draft above-the-line and below-the-line agreements for various projects.
    • Analyze intellectual property rights, legal matters, and clearance issues related to Marvel assets.

    What you'll need#

    • Enrollment in an accredited law school with at least one year of a JD program completed.
    • Prior internship experience at a law firm, film company, or entertainment company.
    • Coursework in entertainment law, copyright, or intellectual property law.
    • Strong research skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Ability to work independently and maintain high discretion with confidential information.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    Location & details#

    • This is a remote position requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
    • The term runs from January 2027 through May 2027.
    • You must be available to work 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 9am and 6pm PST.
    • Pay is $41.40 per hour.
