    About the role#

    This internship provides professional development and practical experience within various operating areas at the Disneyland Resort. You will provide analytic and consulting support to business lines including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. This is a full-time, paid position based in Anaheim, California.

    What you'll do#

    • Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects focused on operational planning, workload forecasting, capacity utilization, and process improvements.
    • Apply quantitative techniques and methodologies including data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
    • Lead and participate in team projects that require collaboration with cast members and management at all levels.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date of December 2027 or later.
    • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Unrestricted work authorization.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in analytical problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour weekly schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Summer 2027 or Winter 2027.
    • Compensation: $32.00 per hour.
    • Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the program.
