Disneyland Resort Industrial Engineering Intern, Spring 2027

About the role#

This full-time Industrial Engineering internship offers the opportunity to provide analytical and consulting support across various lines of business, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment. You will work within the Disneyland Resort to develop professional skills and gain practical knowledge of operational areas while networking with experienced engineers.

What you'll do#

• Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects, focusing on operational planning, workload forecasting, capacity utilization, and process improvements.
• Apply appropriate methodologies and quantitative techniques, including data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
• Lead and participate in team projects that require collaboration with cast members and management at all levels.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in an Industrial Engineering program with an expected graduation date on or after May 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• A willingness to learn new software applications.
• Ability to maintain a consistent, full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) from January 2027 through May 2027.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Term: Winter 2027 (January – May).
• Compensation: $31 per hour.
• Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation for the duration of the program.
