About the role#
This internship provides professional development and practical experience within the Disneyland Resort operations. You will provide analytic and consulting support to various lines of business, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment, while collaborating with other Industrial Engineers.
What you'll do#
- Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects focused on operational planning, workload forecasting, capacity utilization, and process improvements.
- Apply appropriate methodologies and quantitative techniques, such as data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
- Lead and participate in team projects that require interfacing with all levels of cast and management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after May 2027.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- A willingness to learn new software applications.
Location & details#
- Location: Anaheim, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 through May 2027).
- Modality: On-site, full-time (40 hours per week).
- Compensation: This is a paid position at $31 per hour.
