About the role#
This full-time internship provides an opportunity to support various lines of business, including Merchandise, Attractions, and Entertainment, through analytic and consulting work. Interns will participate in a program designed to increase practical knowledge of operating areas while networking with Industrial Engineering professionals. This role is a full-time commitment based in Anaheim, California, running from January 2027 through May 2027.
What you'll do#
- Conduct Industrial Engineering analysis projects with a focus on operational planning support, workload planning and forecasting, capacity utilization, and efficiency or process improvements.
- Apply appropriate methodologies, measurements, and quantitative techniques, including data collection, computer simulation, statistics, and process flow analysis.
- Lead and participate in team efforts, interfacing with all levels of cast members and management across the organization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Industrial Engineering program with an intended graduation date on or after May 2027.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to learn new software applications.
- Ability to maintain a consistent, full-time work schedule (40 hours per week), including potential evenings and weekends based on project needs.

- Compensation: $31 per hour.
- Requirements: Interns must provide their own housing and reliable transportation to and from work and across the Disneyland Resort property.
