About the role#
As a Business Analyst Intern in our Consulting Practice, you will help clients improve their operating performance, technology use, and decision-making processes. You will work on defining, crafting, and implementing business and technology solutions by analyzing current practices, data, and industry benchmarks. This role involves collaborating across teams to solve real business problems for clients ranging from small businesses to global organizations.
What you'll do#
- Define, craft, develop, and implement business and technology solutions based on your analysis of current practices.
- Document user stories and supporting materials for your project team.
- Use research and brainstorming techniques to analyze and understand business problems.
- Observe and learn requirement-gathering methodologies from senior team members.
- Partner with senior-level team members to review your work.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel 60% or more annually.
