About the role#
This Co-Op position is a paid, full-time opportunity based at our manufacturing facility in Napoleon, Ohio. It is designed for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry. You will rotate through or support various departments, working alongside leaders on daily tasks and specific projects.
What you'll do#
- Follow all company safety, quality, and food safety policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist teams with project work and daily operational tasks.
- Handle data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Use computer tools to organize information and create resources.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts and future planning.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your assigned area.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from high school or college (must be 18 years or older).
- Basic computer skills with tools like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a team and manage your time effectively.
- Capability to stand for your full shift, including extended hours as needed, and lift up to 50 pounds.
