About the role#
This co-op position offers hands-on experience working with Generative AI and automation within an enterprise environment. You will work with Agentic Frameworks in a Databricks setting to build and refine intelligent systems alongside senior AI engineers and data scientists.
What you'll do#
- Build and test AI agents to automate internal workflows and improve data retrieval.
- Provide feedback to optimize and enhance agent performance.
- Experiment with and refine system prompts to increase output accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor model performance to identify and resolve inconsistencies or hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Research and test emerging frameworks in the Agentic AI space.
- Document model schemas, API integrations, and AI governance standards.
What you'll need#
- Current graduate student status in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Foundational programming skills in Python and an understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with AI concepts gained through coursework or personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and learn in a rapidly evolving field.
