About the role#
The IT Leadership Internship Program is a 12-week immersive experience designed to launch your technology career. You will gain hands-on experience by working on strategic initiatives while receiving mentorship and performance feedback. This program offers exposure to senior leaders and professional development through roundtables and innovation sessions.
What you'll do#
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges.
- Support ongoing technology initiatives.
- Deliver a high-impact project to present to IT leadership at the end of the program.
- Explore focus areas such as AI and automation, cybersecurity, cloud technology, data analytics, software development, and infrastructure.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based at the Campbell's headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, with select remote opportunities available.
