About the role#
This is a six-month, full-time co-op position within the Global Packaging Research and Development department. You will work at our headquarters in Camden, New Jersey, supporting brands such as Swanson, Campbell's, Pace, Prego, and V8. You will join a team of experienced professionals to work on project initiatives across our soup, sauce, and beverage categories.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the development of new package components and specifications.
- Lead and participate in packaging trials at our manufacturing facilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and outside suppliers.
- Present your project results to the R&D organization at the end of your term.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time undergraduate student in a Packaging or related program.
- You must be returning to school after your co-op term ends.
- Completion of at least one semester of core classes and fulfillment of school requirements for co-op eligibility.
- Good academic standing, with a 3.0 GPA or higher preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and work well both independently and in team settings.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift approximately twenty-five pounds.
- Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
