About the role#
The Member Service Intern role supports the Member Service team by working on projects that influence member experiences and branch operations. You will report directly to the Member Service Transformation Manager and gain exposure to leadership development within the financial services industry. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Rexburg, Idaho.
What you'll do#
- Assist with system rollouts by building change management and communication plans.
- Conduct focus groups with branch teams to measure the effectiveness of new systems.
- Analyze branch profitability and review organizational financial data.
- Perform needs analysis to support learning and development plans.
- Shadow Branch Leaders to gain insight into daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior or Senior standing at BYU-Idaho.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Willingness to relocate within the Mountain America Credit Union footprint.
