About the role#
Heidelberg Materials offers a hands-on internship experience where you receive training and mentorship from industry professionals. You will contribute to projects while building connections with peers and leadership. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, print, and digital platforms.
- Draft and edit marketing content such as blog posts, website copy, and promotional materials.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate on creative design projects for internal and external communications.
- Support the reporting and analysis of marketing metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Assist with website management, including SEO and ongoing maintenance.
- Work with cross-functional and global teams on media planning and advertising campaigns.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong interest in marketing, communications, and business strategy.
- The ability to analyze data and communicate your findings clearly.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Comfort working in a collaborative environment.
