About the role#
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Data, Analytics, and AI team. This co-op role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will learn to translate data into insights while working with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and Agentic AI. You will gain experience in an Agile environment and see how data influences supply chain, marketing, and retail operations.
What you'll do#
- Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for our analytics teams.
- Evaluate existing workflows to find opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework.
- Design source to target maps to guide developer builds.
- Create Power BI dashboards to help stakeholders track key performance indicators.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Run AI agents and provide feedback to refine model outputs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program for Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
- A basic understanding of data concepts and SQL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
