About the role#
The Business Analyst (Co-op) within the DA&AI team bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This role provides hands-on experience in translating complex data into actionable insights while working with tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, and Agentic AI tools. You will gain exposure to Agile environments and contribute to projects that impact supply chain, marketing, and retail operations.
What you'll do#
- Capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data and analytics teams.
- Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved data integration.
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria within the Agile framework.
- Assist in the design of source to target maps to support development.
- Design Power BI dashboards to help stakeholders track key performance indicators.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Engage in sprint meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Leverage and provide feedback on AI agents to refine model outputs.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
- A basic understanding of data concepts and SQL.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- This position is fully remote.
- This is a paid, full-time co-op position with a rolling start date.
