The Data Engineer, DA&AI Co-Op will gain hands-on experience at the forefront of Generative AI and automation. You will work within Agentic Frameworks in a modern Databricks environment, focusing on building intelligent systems to support enterprise-scale deployments.
What you'll do#
- Assist in building and testing AI agents designed to automate internal workflows and enhance data retrieval.
- Provide feedback to optimize agent outputs and refine system prompts to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor model performance to identify hallucinations or inconsistencies, suggesting improvements for model grounding.
- Work with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Research and test new frameworks in the Agentic AI space and assist in documenting model schemas, API integrations, and governance standards.
What you'll need#
- Current graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Foundational programming skills in Python and an understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with AI concepts through coursework or personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and learn in a rapidly evolving field.
