About the role#
This co-op provides hands-on experience in Generative AI and automation within a modern Databricks environment. You will work alongside senior AI and data engineers to build and refine intelligent systems, focusing on Agentic Frameworks and enterprise-scale deployments.
What you'll do#
- Assist in building and testing AI agents to automate internal workflows and enhance data retrieval.
- Provide feedback to optimize agent outputs and refine system prompts for better accuracy.
- Monitor model performance to identify hallucinations or inconsistencies and suggest improvements for model grounding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications.
- Research and test emerging frameworks in the Agentic AI space.
- Document model schemas, API integrations, and AI governance standards.
What you'll need#
- Current graduate student in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Foundational programming skills in Python and an understanding of SQL.
- Familiarity with AI concepts gained through coursework or personal projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
- Ability to adapt to new tools quickly and a desire to learn in a rapidly evolving field.
