About the role#
As a Business Planning and Strategy Intern with Walt Disney Imagineering, you will support the Creative Show Design and Delivery Studio. You will help execute project and studio strategies by using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. This role involves working with a diverse team of project managers, engineers, designers, and producers to deliver strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
What you'll do#
- Sustain ongoing strategic initiatives and manage business intelligence tools.
- Create dashboards and data visualization tools to improve visibility into project operations.
- Manage studio databases using SQL in a Snowflake environment.
- Provide support for ad-hoc business requests, including performance tracking and vendor relations.
- Integrate historical project data and analytics into regular planning and reporting processes.
- Assist with the work-plan process to ensure project milestones and spending align with department priorities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or higher in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Economics.
- Experience working within a cross-functional organization.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.

- This internship is located in Celebration, Florida.
- The term runs from January 2027 through June 2027.
- This is a full-time, on-site position.
- The role is paid, and candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization.
