About the role#
This internship supports the Great China Region team with athlete servicing, social media management, and administrative tasks. You will work directly with Chinese athlete clients and assist in the execution of events and content production. This is an unpaid position, and candidates must be eligible to receive college credit for their participation.
What you'll do#
- Source and edit content for athlete and corporate social media channels.
- Create monthly summary reports for athlete accounts.
- Translate player bios from English to Chinese.
- Manage the creation of client bios for Chinese professional leagues like the CBA, NBL, and WCBA.
- Support offline event execution and content shooting within the USA.
- Provide direct service to Chinese athlete and team clients.
What you'll need#
- Current 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or Marketing.
- Native or fluent proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop, and iMovie.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal direction.
