About the role#
The Talent Relations Intern will support the Talent Relations team with projects focused on the creator talent experience. This role offers exposure to talent management, partnerships, events, and creator services through research, organization, and administrative support. This is a paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Prepare onboarding materials and welcome resources for new talent.
- Organize onboarding documents and track the completion of onboarding tasks.
- Research hotels, restaurants, and creative service providers in key markets.
- Maintain internal resource lists and partnership trackers.
- Organize contact information and partnership materials.
- Assist with event planning, including preparing materials, managing guest lists, and tracking RSVPs.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, note-taking, and updating internal spreadsheets.
- Conduct research for special projects and team initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Monday.com, Creator IQ, G-Suite, and Slack.
- A genuine interest in talent management, entertainment, sports, or the creator economy.
- A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Currently enrolled in a program where you can earn college credit for this internship.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Media Studies, or Marketing.
Location & details#
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 9, 2026, to December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Location: This role is remote and available to candidates residing in most U.S. states, with office-based options available in Los Angeles, California; Washington, D.C.; Dallas, Texas; and New York City, New York.
