Insomniac - Paid Fall People Operations Intern

About the role#

This is a paid internship opportunity for the Fall 2026 term. The role offers hands-on experience across various People Operations functions, supporting the team with administrative tasks, recruitment logistics, and project coordination. This position is based on-site in Calabasas, California.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather candidate availability.
• Assist with candidate communication and general recruiting logistics.
• Monitor, triage, and organize the recruiting inbox.
• Support People Operations with administrative tasks, data entry, and document upkeep.
• Conduct research or help organize information for company-related projects.

What you'll need#

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college, university, or trade school.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or Marketing.
• Ability to work on-site in the Calabasas, CA office at least three days a week.
• A motivated attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands is a plus.
