About the role#
The Business Services team at AEG is looking for an intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role focuses on procurement and strategic sourcing within the sports and live entertainment industry. You will gain experience in supplier data analytics, IT procurement, and general business operations while working alongside team members in IT, Presents, and AEG sports teams.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic sourcing initiatives across various departments.
- Assist the IT team with procurement data and performance metrics.
- Conduct supplier data analytics reviews and create reports.
- Research and evaluate technology products for procurement.
- Process purchase orders and maintain filing systems.
- Track order status and follow up with suppliers as needed.
- Update department spreadsheets and procurement dashboards.
What you'll need#
- Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and a dependable work ethic.
- Good customer service and vendor relations skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, part-time, on-site internship based in Los Angeles, California.
- The role requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week.
