About the role#
Insomniac Events is seeking a motivated and proactive Street Marketing Intern to join the team in Calabasas for the Fall 2026 term. This internship provides hands-on experience in live event and promotional marketing through a combination of in-office administrative work, grassroots marketing execution, and onsite event support. This is a paid, on-site position reporting to the Manager of Street Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Support the Street Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, including flyers, signage, and promotional assets for upcoming campaigns.
- Conduct research on local markets, audience trends, community events, and grassroots marketing opportunities.
- Manage inventory, organize marketing storage areas, and track supplies.
- Provide general support for special projects and other duties as assigned by the team.
- Engage with the public and represent the brand professionally while working on-site at various event locations.
What you'll need#
- Must be at least 18 years of age and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work 16 to 29 hours per week.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace.
- A motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with an ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, carry and hang materials, and work outdoors or on foot for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in environments with loud noise and varying temperatures.

- Compensation: $16.90 to $18.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
- Availability: Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evenings, and weekends as required to meet project deadlines.
