About the role#
The Venue Analytics team is looking for an intern to support Food and Beverage analytics across our owned and operated venues. You will focus on data quality, business intelligence reporting, and maintaining post-event recaps. This is a paid internship based in our Chicago offices.
What you'll do#
- Support the Food and Beverage team with custom data requests, tour insight reports, and research.
- Organize and maintain Post-Show Event Recap data to ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, business definitions, and related documentation.
- Review AI-assisted data-cleansing outputs and resolve exceptions.
- Assist with the maintenance of Tableau dashboards and datasets.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have completed or be in the process of completing junior year coursework.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Lookups, Pivot Tables, and nested or logical formulas.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Experience leveraging LLMs to improve efficiency in daily tasks.
- A positive attitude and a passion for live music.
- Experience with Tableau, data visualization, and SQL or relational database fundamentals are a plus.
