About the role#
The Artist Manager Assistant supports artists with daily logistics, travel, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone who is organized and comfortable managing both personal and professional needs for artists. You will coordinate across teams to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.
What you'll do#
- Manage travel logistics including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries and schedules.
- Assist with personal tasks such as reservations, gifting, and errands.
- Update and maintain artist records and internal tools like Master Tour, Notion, and Google Drive.
- Support team projects and general administrative operations as requested.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to be resourceful and detail oriented.
- Comfort handling both personal and professional artist needs.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or Psychology.
Location & details#
- Location: Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.
- Term: Summer 2026 (ideally late June through September).
- Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site 3 days per week.
- Status: This is a paid, part-time internship.
