About the role#
Select Management Group is hiring interns for the Fall 2026 term, running from September through December. This role provides broad support to managers and the wider team. You will assist with office administration, research, project tracking, and general operations. The work covers talent projects such as brand deals, endorsements, appearances, licensing, music releases, and original developments.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain marketing materials like talent one sheets, press roundups, statistics, and newsletters.
- Prepare and update weekly and monthly talent tracking and analytic reports.
- Assist talent with various projects and personal needs.
- Create and organize internal and external materials for brand partners.
- Monitor industry players, competition, and projects through regular internal reporting.
What you'll need#
- An interest in pursuing a career in talent management, agency work, PR, digital media, or production and casting.
- Experience with the digital influencer and talent space is preferred.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with young, emerging talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strategic and creative thinking skills to align your work with company goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, plus strong organizational habits.
Location & details#
- Locations: Los Angeles, California and Toronto, Ontario.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September to December).
- Modality: This is an on-site position with the option for remote work based on your school schedule and availability.
- Status: This is a paid, full-time internship.
- Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, and Psychology.
