Stewart Talent NY Internship Fall 2026

About the role#

Stewart Talent New York offers a part-time internship providing exposure to the talent agency side of the entertainment industry. Interns work across departments including Broadway, TV/Film, Commercials, Voiceovers, Print/Lifestyle, and Literary. This role requires a high level of responsibility and a minimum four-month commitment from late August through December. Candidates must be able to receive school credit to participate.

What you'll do#

• Update client materials and the company website.
• Edit audition self-tapes and create reels.
• Handle data entry, answer phones, and conduct internet research.
• Assist with general office maintenance, copying, and errands.
• Learn to use industry resources such as Breakdown Express, Casting Networks, inEntertainment, iMovie, and IMDB Pro.
• Observe and support the process of talent representation, from submission and appointment scheduling to tracking casting notifications.

What you'll need#

• Previous office administrative experience.
• Attention to detail and a professional, pleasant demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency with social media platforms.
• For remote work: a cell phone, a computer with high-speed internet, and access to video editing software.
• Preferred majors include Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or Marketing.

Location & details#

• Location: New York, New York.
• Modality: Hybrid (requires at least one day per week in-office).
• Schedule: Three full days per week, 9:30am–6:30pm ET.
• Compensation: School credit only (unpaid).
