Talent Management & Entertainment Internship - Fall 2026

About the role#

Select Management Group is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term (September through December) to support managers and the broader team. This paid, full-time internship involves office administration, research, project tracking, and general support for talent-focused initiatives, including endorsements, appearances, brand deals, music releases, and original developments.

What you'll do#

• Develop and maintain marketing materials, such as talent one sheets, statistics, press roundups, and newsletters.
• Update weekly and monthly talent tracking and analytic reports and participate in related meetings.
• Support talent with various projects and personal needs.
• Create and organize internal and external materials for brands.
• Track industry players, projects, and competition through regular internal reporting.

What you'll need#

• Interest in a career within talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting.
• Experience and understanding of the digital influencer and talent landscape is strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage professional relationships with young, emerging talent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as an independent self-starter.
• Strategic and creative thinking skills to align department tasks with business goals.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Art are preferred.
