About the role#
Select Management Group is seeking interns for the Fall 2026 term, running from September through December. This role supports managers and the broader team with office administration, research, project tracking, and general operational support. Interns assist with various talent projects, including endorsements, appearances, brand deals, and licensing, as well as original developments and music releases.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain marketing materials such as talent one sheets, statistics, press roundups, and newsletters.
- Update weekly and monthly talent tracking and analytic reports and participate in related meetings.
- Support talent with various projects and personal needs.
- Create and organize internal and external materials for brands.
- Track relevant industry players, projects, and competition through regular internal reporting.
What you'll need#
- An interest in a career related to talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting.
- Experience and understanding of the digital influencer and talent landscape is strongly preferred.
- Ability to develop and manage working relationships with emerging talent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work as an independent self-starter.
- Strategic and creative thinking skills to align departmental tasks with company business goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and efficient approach to tasks.
- Academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or Art.

- Locations: Los Angeles, California or New York, New York.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September - December).
- Modality: Hybrid (primarily in-person with options for remote work based on availability and school schedule).
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
