About the role#
The Client Success Analyst Intern provides support to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients. You will ensure customers get the most out of the products they purchase from TriMech. This is a 12 month, full-time paid position.
What you'll do#
- Help clients apply and troubleshoot SOLIDWORKS Data Management tools for their design, analysis, and manufacturing projects.
- Support customers via telephone, email, and remote desktop to ensure they are successfully using SOLIDWORKS PDM and related products.
- Set priority levels for incoming customer issues to ensure they receive timely and effective responses.
- Use SalesForce and the SOLIDWORKS 3D Support App to manage your workflow.
- Work toward obtaining relevant certifications in SOLIDWORKS PDM and related products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university engineering program, specifically Computer, Mechanical, Industrial, or Aerospace Engineering.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling, with a preference for SOLIDWORKS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
- You can work well on your own and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking, as well as prior customer service experience, are considered assets.

- The position offers a hybrid work modality.
- This is a rolling term internship.
