About the role#
The Client Success Analyst Intern or Co-Op provides support to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients. You will ensure customers successfully leverage their purchased products through telephone, remote desktop, and email communication. This role involves managing multiple tasks and prioritizing customer issues to provide effective solutions.
What you'll do#
- Assist clients in applying and troubleshooting SOLIDWORKS tools in their design, development, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
- Ensure customers are actively engaged and utilizing SOLIDWORKS and related products.
- Use problem-solving skills to address client needs.
- Determine and set priority levels on customer issues to ensure timely responses.
- Obtain relevant certifications in SOLIDWORKS and related products.
- Utilize Salesforce and the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient and 3DSupport web portals.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a college or university engineering program (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering).
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling, with preference given to SOLIDWORKS experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in person, in groups, and via electronic services.
- Forward-thinking troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior customer service experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with drafting standards, engineering practices, manufacturing terminology, and processes is an asset.
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking is an asset.

- Term: Rolling (8 to 16 months).
- Compensation: $41,000 per annum.
