About the role#
The Client Success Analyst Intern provides support to engineering, manufacturing, and product design clients. You will ensure customers successfully use the products they purchase from TriMech. This role is a full-time position with a duration of 8 to 16 months.
What you'll do#
- Help clients apply and troubleshoot SOLIDWORKS tools for their design, analysis, and manufacturing tasks.
- Manage customer engagement through email, telephone, and remote desktop tools.
- Use problem-solving processes to address client needs.
- Set priority levels for customer issues to ensure effective responses.
- Use SalesForce and the Dassault Systèmes DSxClient and 3DSupport web portals.
- Work toward relevant certifications in SOLIDWORKS and related products.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university engineering program, specifically Mechanical, Computer, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling, with a preference for SOLIDWORKS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Prior customer service experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, PC hardware, and computer networking is an asset.

- Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Compensation: $45,000 per annum.
