About the role#
CaptiveAire Systems is hiring a Technical Sales Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This part-time position focuses on a mix of sales and engineering tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in the HVAC and construction industry, working directly on projects that impact our customers. Strong performance during this internship may lead to full-time employment opportunities after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Handle engineering and inside sales tasks, including parts orders, accounting, product selections, and design work.
- Conduct outside sales activities such as market research and cold calling.
- Take on special projects related to office efficiency, data analysis, or market development.
- Visit job sites and assist with field engineering and service tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a mechanical- or construction-oriented curriculum, with an expected graduation date of May 2027.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- An interest in HVAC systems is a plus.

- This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario.
- The position is on-site only. No remote or hybrid options are available.
- This is a paid internship.
