Fall 2026 Internship - Golf Talent

About the role#

The Golf Talent division in Toronto is seeking an intern for the Fall 2026 term to support the Canadian extension of the agency’s talent management practice. This is a full-time, paid internship that requires candidates to be eligible to receive course credit. The role operates on a hybrid schedule, with a requirement to be in-office at least three days per week.

What you'll do#

• Build and edit athlete biographical information and track client performance.
• Assist in organizing client schedules, sponsorship outings, and charitable endeavors.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for internal staff, visiting colleagues, and clients.
• Prepare media summaries for each client and research marketplace opportunities for prospective sales.
• Create marketing materials for presentations and organize internal and external meetings.
• Follow and track client and key industry social media channels.
• Provide general administrative support as assigned.

What you'll need#

• Currently completing a post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or Sport Management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organization.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.
• Work modality: Hybrid (in-office 3+ days per week).
