About the role#
This is a 12-week, full-time paid internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our locations in Wisconsin or Illinois. You will receive mentorship, participate in networking events, and gain hands-on experience in human resources while working on real business projects.
What you'll do#
- Interview candidates, track pipelines, and build professional contacts.
- Partner with recruiters to define talent needs, job duties, and required skills.
- Assist with college recruitment projects and university relations.
- Lead a project focused on recruitment trends or a specific business need and present your findings to stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status student standing.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
- A hardworking and enthusiastic approach to your work.
