About the role#
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site with our team to gain hands-on experience in brand packaging and project management. Interns are paired with a dedicated mentor and have the potential to join the company full-time after graduation. We provide complimentary housing for out-of-town interns and offer perks including networking events, lunch and learn sessions, an on-site cafe, and a fitness center.
What you'll do#
- Support brand packaging projects from concept through completion to build project management skills.
- Perform quality control reviews to ensure work meets our brand standards.
- Maintain project information and workflows within internal databases.
- Communicate with vendors to ensure designs follow specific print guidelines.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Communications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with experience in Access and Excel preferred.
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills.
Location & details#
This role is based on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, or Kenosha, WI. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
