About the role#
This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship for Summer 2027. You will gain real-world experience working directly with sales professionals. The program includes two weeks of professional sales training to build your product knowledge and presentation skills. You will receive ongoing support through weekly mentoring, team meetings, and guidance from experienced Account Managers and department leaders. This role provides a phone and car allowance.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth across various industries within your assigned territory.
- Coordinate and conduct one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions using company product catalogs and the website.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and develop professional sales skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college Sophomore or Junior.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Majors in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications are preferred.

- Locations: Phoenix, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Glendale, Arizona.
- This is an on-site, full-time position.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
