About the role#
This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in face-to-face selling. You will work alongside experienced account managers, sales trainers, and department leaders to develop your professional skills. The program includes two weeks of professional sales training, weekly mentoring, and team meetings. Interns receive a phone and car allowance.
What you'll do#
- Deliver customer service and support sales growth in accounts across all industries within your territory.
- Conduct one-on-one customer visits to provide business solutions from the Uline catalog.
- Participate in weekly sales team meetings to share ideas and build sales skills.
What you'll need#
- Must be a college sophomore or junior.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- A hardworking, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.

- Locations: Burlington, MA, Waltham, MA, and Cambridge, MA.
- Term: Summer 2027.
