About the role#
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site at one of our locations to gain experience in international trade regulations, business research, and global growth strategies. You will partner with experienced professionals to support projects that influence business decisions. Interns receive a dedicated mentor, access to an on-site cafe, a fitness center, and networking events. Complimentary housing is available for out-of-town interns.
What you'll do#
- Research and create processes for regulatory issues, licenses, and partner government requirements.
- Review legal documents from international vendors.
- Support Trade Compliance programs through audits, process improvements, and follow-up tasks.
- Research export customers and opportunities for international growth.
- Present your findings and recommendations to leadership to help guide business plans.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior-status college student.
- Academic background in International Relations, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Logistics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
Location & details#
This position is based on-site in Pleasant Prairie, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Waukegan, IL, Glenview, IL, or Kenosha, WI. All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
