About the role#
This paid, full-time summer internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse operations. Interns will work on-site to learn how to manage distribution processes and support warehouse teams, preparing for potential future leadership roles within the company.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience across warehouse departments, including order fulfillment, shipping, operations, velocity, inventory control, and facilities.
- Perform core warehouse functions such as packing, picking, and inventory management.
- Partner with a mentor to execute warehouse operation improvement projects.
- Learn to develop and support warehouse teams through hands-on training.
What you'll need#
- Junior-status college student.
- Pursuing a degree in warehousing, logistics, business administration, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid work ethic.

- This is an on-site, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- Available locations include Kenosha, WI; Milwaukee, WI; Waukegan, IL; and Glenview, IL.
- All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
