About the role#
As an HR intern, you will support the team responsible for attracting, developing, and supporting our associates. You will collaborate across functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR Total Value. This role provides hands-on experience with core HR processes and insight into how we foster our workplace culture.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Support recruiting and onboarding activities.
- Participate in associate engagement, learning, and HR initiatives.
- Research HR best practices, policies, and industry trends.
- Prepare presentations, communications, and reports for HR programs.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Hands-on experience through administrative support, academic projects, or previous work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work across multiple teams.
