About the role#
This is an off-campus Federal Work Study position based in Atlanta. You will support the recruitment and admissions team in cultivating applicant pipelines and managing the enrollment process. This role involves community outreach, digital engagement, and partnership development to help prospective students.
What you'll do#
- Support the outreach and admissions lifecycle to meet recruitment targets.
- Build rapport and trust with candidates through clear communication.
- Assist with retention activities, such as networking events, for alumni populations.
- Track, document, and measure progress by designing and producing data reports.
- Organize recruitment and enrollment data to identify trends.
- Work with the local Digital Marketing Manager to run digital ads and update collateral materials.
- Coordinate class kickoffs and provide telephone coverage as needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions while working cross-functionally.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a student in a business or IT program.
- Minimum of six credits per semester with a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Federal Work Study fund eligibility.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Entry-level experience with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed work ethic and a desire to learn about talent sourcing and IT.
- Prior experience with social media marketing is helpful but not required.
