About the role#
THE·TEAM is seeking a design intern to join the creative team within the Global Communications department for the Fall 2026 term. This is a hands-on learning opportunity designed to provide insight into agency work. You will participate in various projects and contribute to the creative process through conceptualization and execution.
What you'll do#
- Work with the creative team to refine visual communication.
- Design graphics for social media and build decks alongside an in-house designer.
- Attend weekly meetings and brainstorm sessions.
- Contribute to agency culture and maintain enthusiasm for daily tasks.
- Complete an intern project tailored to your interests and the agency's current work.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or university pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Art, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Ability to earn college credit, as this position is unpaid.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Access to a personal laptop with the Adobe program suite.
- Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and manage time effectively.
- Ambition to learn and grow.

- This internship is fully remote.
- The program runs from September 9, 2026, to December 11, 2026.
- Availability to contribute 15 hours per week is required.
