About the role#
The Talent Strategy, Creators internship offers an opportunity to support the team in researching and identifying digital talent across diverse industries such as gaming, sports, fitness, fashion, and beauty. Interns will assist in analyzing talent performance and providing strategic insights to help drive brand and market value growth for clients.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify emerging creators across various industries.
- Surface insights regarding client business engagements and growth within the digital ecosystem.
- Analyze talent performance to provide strategic recommendations.
- Create resources to educate clients and internal teams on digital ecosystem trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to provide proactive guidance.
- Utilize analytics tools to support audience growth and commercial opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Strong understanding of social media from a consumer perspective, including familiarity with major platforms.
- Eagerness to learn about talent management and influencer marketing within an agency setting.
- Basic knowledge of social media trends and the digital creator space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Current enrollment in a program that allows for college credit for an internship.
