About the role#
This internship supports agents, managers, and coordinators in representing a roster of digital-first talent. You will contribute to the growth and development of influencers and creators across various cultural verticals and content formats. The role involves managing digital partnerships, brand collaborations, creator strategy, and talent discovery within the sports and entertainment industry.
What you'll do#
- Research and identify emerging creators and influencers across social platforms.
- Track social media trends, platform updates, and viral content to inform strategy.
- Support internal operations to enhance creator growth and audience development.
- Prepare presentation materials and pitch decks for brand partnerships and creator campaigns.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics across platforms to inform creator strategy.
- Coordinate PR, gifting, and brand seeding opportunities.
- Participate in talent calls and meetings, shadowing agents and managers.
- Assist with brand outreach, partnership development, and general project coordination.
What you'll need#
- Strong interest in social media, the creator economy, and digital talent.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms from both a business and user perspective.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, performance metrics, and platform trends.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build relationships with creators, brands, and teams.
- Pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or Psychology.

- Locations: Los Angeles, CA; Dallas, TX; Brooklyn, NY.
- Term: Fall 2026 (September 9, 2026 – December 11, 2026).
- Commitment: 20 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. Candidates must be eligible to receive college credit for their participation.
