About the role#
The Fall 2026 MUSIC·TEAM Internship provides hands-on experience in artist representation, touring, brand partnerships, and entertainment business operations. This part-time, in-person program is designed for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university who are eligible to receive academic credit.
What you'll do#
Interns work alongside experienced professionals on client-facing projects across four primary areas: Non-Touring, Touring, Booking, and Brand Partnerships. Responsibilities include:
- Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system.
- Generating tour itineraries and analyzing tour routings.
- Assisting with artist immigration processes.
- Shadowing agent teams to understand client services and daily workflows.
- Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports for tour marketing.
- Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a rising junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
- Strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to provide proof of academic credit eligibility.

- Term: September 14, 2026, to December 4, 2026 (12 weeks).
- Work Modality: Part-time, on-site.

- Compensation: This is an unpaid internship for academic credit.
