About the role#

The Fall 2026 MUSIC·TEAM Internship provides hands-on experience in artist representation, touring, brand partnerships, and entertainment business operations. This part-time, in-person program is designed for rising juniors and seniors currently enrolled in an accredited college or university who are eligible to receive academic credit.

What you'll do#

Interns work alongside experienced professionals on client-facing projects across four primary areas: Non-Touring, Touring, Booking, and Brand Partnerships. Responsibilities include:

• Uploading performance offers and show finals into the booking system.
• Generating tour itineraries and analyzing tour routings.
• Assisting with artist immigration processes.
• Shadowing agent teams to understand client services and daily workflows.
• Reviewing ticket sales and creating reports for tour marketing.
• Participating in Social Impact and DE&I initiatives.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a rising junior or senior in an accredited college or university.
• Strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist representation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to provide proof of academic credit eligibility.

• Term: September 14, 2026, to December 4, 2026 (12 weeks).
• Work Modality: Part-time, on-site.
• Locations: Los Angeles, CA; Encinitas, CA; Chicago, IL; Nashville, TN; Fort Lauderdale, FL; New York City, NY.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship for academic credit.
