About the role#
The Development team at Omaha Productions seeks a Development Intern to help turn ideas into content. You will work directly with the team on active projects, from shaping pitch decks to brainstorming new concepts. This is a hands-on role for a senior or recent graduate who functions well as a designer, writer, and team player.
What you'll do#
- Create pitch decks for shows currently in development.
- Write loglines, treatments, and deck copy.
- Research new concepts, stories, and talent.
- Source imagery and footage for pitch materials.
- Brainstorm ideas and provide creative input.
- Coordinate development materials, project timelines, and meetings.
What you'll need#
- Experience as a college senior or recent graduate in Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Art.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Workspace.
- A strong eye for design, visuals, and presentation.
- Genuine interest in sports, media, and storytelling.
- A collaborative, positive, and eager approach to learning.

- This is a full-time, paid, on-site role in the United States.
