About the role#
Emo Nite is looking for a motivated Production Intern to join our team in Calabasas, California. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position. You will work closely with the production team to support event operations, content creation, and daily administrative tasks. This role requires flexibility, as you will need to work during holidays, evenings, and weekends to meet project deadlines.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Production Manager and Production Coordinator with maintaining databases and calendars, including Airtable and Google calendars.
- Support event operations by coordinating with regional teams and assisting with day-of details.
- Help with theme research, scenic procurement, staffing, and travel arrangements.
- Aggregate information for Emo Nite digital outlets, including radio and social media content.
- Work onsite at events such as Grave Raves and festivals.
- Organize and maintain the physical Emo Nite warehouse space.
- Serve as a runner for weekly errands and larger event needs.
- Assist with merchandise management for parties and product launches.
What you'll need#
- A genuine interest in the music industry, specifically emo, rock, and the Emo Nite brand.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with project management tools like Asana or Airtable.
- A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
- Current enrollment or background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies is preferred.

- Work environment: You must be comfortable working in an open office space and in environments with loud noise levels and varying temperatures.
