About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience within the live entertainment industry. You will work across multiple teams to support event planning, client services, and administrative operations. The program runs through the Winter 2027 term and provides exposure to real-world event business processes.
What you'll do#
- Support the Sales and Accounts team with client management, communications, social media, and client decks.
- Assist the Operations team with festival advances, including creating collateral, ordering supplies, and managing staff uniforms.
- Maintain the 508 Club member portal, update events, draft blogs, and assist with member communications.
- Help ideate and facilitate client and member gifting and creative collateral.
- Assist with the planning and on-site execution of Premium Client Services programs at the Two Step Inn Festival.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
What you'll need#
- Enthusiasm for the live entertainment industry and an eagerness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task across teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
- Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office.
Location & details#
- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Schedule: 15-20 hours per week.
- Modality: On-site in the Austin office Tuesday through Thursday.
