About the role#
This paid internship provides hands-on exposure to the live entertainment industry. You will work within the Site Operations department to support the planning and execution of large-scale music festivals. This role is based in our Austin office and requires a commitment of 15-25 hours per week.
What you'll do#
- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare for meetings by creating agendas and taking minutes.
- Coordinate with vendors and handle necessary paperwork.
- Research and implement sustainability initiatives for our events.
- Support department staffing by organizing offer letters, timecards, and reimbursements.
- Assist with miscellaneous office and on-site tasks as needed.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work in our Austin office Tuesday through Thursday.
- A personal laptop to use in the office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to exercise professional judgment and discretion.
