About the role#
This paid internship offers hands-on experience in the live entertainment industry. You will support the Travel Department as they plan, implement, and automate travel services for staff. The program focuses on developing your knowledge of event logistics and travel operations.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and reconcile staff travel for events and general business needs.
- Reconcile travel-related invoices and expense reimbursements.
- Support travel data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and auditing of staff and attendee-facing technologies.
- Conduct market research as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
What you'll need#
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
- A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to execute programs.
- Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office.
Location & details#
- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Term: Winter 2027.
- Commitment: 15 to 25 hours per week.
- Schedule: In-office availability is required Tuesday through Thursday.
