About the role#
The Strategic Insight and Analytics Co-Op is a six-month, full-time program running from March 2027 through August 2027. Based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, this role focuses on data analytics and provides exposure to the Finance organization. It is designed for students interested in building technical and leadership skills while supporting the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine portfolio.
What you'll do#
- Analyze secondary data sources to answer specific business questions.
- Build, refresh, and process performance trends using automated dashboards and data tables.
- Work with internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting results.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support market research projects when needed.
- Maintain data integrity through investigations and strict quality control processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration.
- An analytical mindset with comfort handling large datasets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Dataiku is preferred.
- Autonomy, an open mind, and a drive to improve your analytical skills.

- This position is based on-site in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
- Candidates must reside within 30 miles of the office location.
- This is a paid, full-time position.
